Today I tried to log into my Paypal account again, since I received a new reply from Paypal's "Customer Service" and I was sent in a closed circles with Google recaptcha again and again and again until I gave up. Then I logged in again and was sent in a Google recaptcha in circles again and again and again. This is open mockery by Paypal. Additionally, Paypal customer "service" replied with the same odd (old, wrong, lame, deceitful etc.) instruction which does not work. I replied to the lame Paypal's "instructions": Your instructions are either outdated or are careless and incorrect and there is NO such functionality after I click on the ACTIONS link under theinvoice amount it just opens the invoice, but there are no links or buttons there such as CANCEL. Paypal "support": I can absolutely sense the importance of the matter and I can assure you that, the invoice is already cancelled and merchant won't be able to charge your account. We have already blocked the sender so that they won't be able to sent you a payment request again. Pragnya Pragnya must be some rotten person, who does not give a damn about customer service. Paypal does not seem to care either. Paypal's custyomer "service" person Pragnya wrote again: please do not worry, your money is safe with us and no one can charge your account without your authorization. We have protected your account using multiple layers of security code. We have designed our system in such a way that, it will automatically cancel the random invoice, if system sense anything wrong with it and you don't have to do any further action on the transaction. Then Pragnya wrote more b/s again: Your account is completely in a good standard and secured with us! We appreciate your business with us and thank you for being our valuable PayPal member. We want to make sure, we will help you with the best. I have a fantastic news for you , I have gone ahead and also issue voucher of $15.00 USD to your account which you can use it towards your future purchase with us and it's valid for 6 month. The voucher won't be applied to your balance and is going to be located in your wallet under ‘offer’. I replied again: You must be kidding and openly mocking your customers!? Those instructions are WRONG! Paypal considers they have already helped me so I can End the message.... Google recaptcha!
