Another community member is not an employee and is providing assistance to you as a fellow customer. PayPal employees will post in the Community from time to time, but they will always be marked as an employee. This is noted by the PayPal logo next to their user ID. I attempted to post to this forum for the first time. I did reply to someone on a different thread pertaining to a similar topic. The was a forum participant there who misunderstood my post and reacted rudely. After I added my post someone marked it as spam - it was not spam and I believe it was done by the person who responded in a rude manner. Will I not be allowed to post to this forum without a post being met with hostility or having my post marked as spam. Is there no one moderating this forum?
