Hi npthu87,   My advice would be to verify your PayPal account as this has worked in the past for other accounts in your situation.   If you need help doing that I have included a step by step guide for you To verify your account: Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account. Click the "Get Verified" link on the Account Overview page. Click 'Save and Continue' on the 'Link and confirm your debit and credit card' page. We will charge your card and this charge will show on your card statement within 2-3 working days. Your card statement is a document provided by your bank which shows a summary of your card payments for a set period of time. Some banks send this monthly by post while others provide an online version. If you do not have online access to your statement, you must wait for your bank to send it by post. There will be a 4-digit PayPal code shown on your card statement next to this charge. In the item description section, this code is printed next to the word ‘PAYPAL’ or ‘PP’. Your code will look like this on your statement: PayPal*1234 CODE or PP*1234 CODE When you know your PayPal code, you can confirm your card: Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account. Click 'Confirm my debit or credit card' in the 'To Do' list box. Enter your PayPal code. Click 'Submit' Hope this helps!   Wayne ... View more

Hi there iHydrosome,   It sounds like we began investigations into these transactions and thought it best to return to where they came from. If they are not in your account, they are back with your brother. If he was to check his PayPal/Bank/Card account he would see the payments.   With the funds going back to your brother and the books being already purchased it's esentially PayPal that paid for the books, which is why it's owed to us.   Wayne ... Hi there divermike,   It is possible if a fraudster gains access to a PC or an email account.   I've had question's like "My goods dont come under seller protection but why should that matter if i have been the victim to a crime?" a lot and my answer to other customers is to imagine your goods were stolen in a house burglary. You wouldn't automatically get your goods or money back...you would look to be covered under your house insurance.   Our Seller Protection is your transaction insurance. It's this insurance that could return the funds back to you.   I hope it works out for you and let me know if you need any other help.   Wayne ... View more

Hi there,   Following the steps below is how you'd go about getting your money back You can cancel your postage label if you haven’t used it, and it hasn’t been more than 7 working days since you created the label. Here’s how to cancel your postage label:   Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account. Click 'History' near the top of the page. Find the payment you made for PayPal postage. Click 'Details.' Click 'Delete Label.' Enter the required information. Click 'Cancel Label and Request Refund.' Once you purchase a postage label you can request a refund online within 7 working days. When you request a refund from Royal Mail, it will take about 15 days for your money to be returned to you. After you click 'Cancel Label and Request Refund', Royal Mail will receive your request. Any refund due is determined by Royal Mail. If you purchased extra compensation with the postage label, we’ll refund the compensation amount to your PayPal account balance along with the refunded amount.    I hope this helps   Wayne ...
