I have had an email regarding a "funds held" but nothing shows in my paypal account. Phoned paypal and they say that there is a case. I have tried to see what they see on 3 different PCs but none show anything at all about any funds held nor any chargebacks. Anyone know what is causing this or if it is a cookies problem. I have tried Chrome and IE10.

Does the email address that you received the email to and the one that you log into PayPal match 100%?
