havent received a confirmation email

keep getting asked to confirm my email but have never recieved a confirmation email from paypal have requested the new number link as well in case that worked but havent received that either

I have been trying to re-register and get a paypal account but I never receive the confirmation email.  I have clicked on the button to request a new number but the email never gets to my email account

I am having the exact same problem, i tried to confirm my email address but i havent received an email, ive use the link provided to request a new confirmation number and i havent received that either, is there a solution to this ?

been trying for weeks, was hoping that I may get answers on the forum?  My email address is working as this post come through?

Hi Jane-lee,

Welcome to the forum :).

When you open a new PayPal-account an email will be sent how to activate your account. You can click on the link and login with your password or you can fill in the code and this will confirm your email address.

If you don't receive the email or if you have any troubles please contact us by email or phone and we can help you to confirm the email address.

You can contact us by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of every page.
