Royal mail failure to print lable

I see that there is another thread on this subject running currently. I tried to print a lable yesterday and got a message saying that the U.S post off ice was unobtainable, strange since I am in the uk. I could not print the lable and I could not cancell it either. but the money was taken from my account. How do I get this money reimbursed please

Following the steps below is how you'd go about getting your money back

You can cancel your postage label if you haven’t used it, and it hasn’t been more than 7 working days since you created the label.

Here’s how to cancel your postage label:

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click 'History' near the top of the page.
3. Find the payment you made for PayPal postage.
4. Click 'Details.'
5. Click 'Delete Label.'
6. Enter the required information.
7. Click 'Cancel Label and Request Refund.'

Once you purchase a postage label you can request a refund online within 7 working days. When you request a refund from Royal Mail, it will take about 15 days for your money to be returned to you.

After you click 'Cancel Label and Request Refund', Royal Mail will receive your request. Any refund due is determined by Royal Mail. If you purchased extra compensation with the postage label, we’ll refund the compensation amount to your PayPal account balance along with the refunded amount.
