Printing Postage Labels

Help I am unable to print my postage label. It tells me that the pop Up blocker is preventing the lable from appearing. I have allowed Pay Pal to show but nothing is changing? Can anyone tell me please

Hi there jafi, 

I would advise clearing your cache and cookies. If you still cannot view the label here's how to cancel it.

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2. Click 'History' near the top of the page.
3. Find the payment you made for PayPal postage.
4. Click 'Details.'
5. Click 'Delete Label.'
6. Enter the required information.
7. Click 'Cancel Label and Request Refund.'

Once you purchase a postage label you can request a refund online within 7 working days. When you request a refund from Royal Mail, it will take about 15 days for your money to be returned to you.
