I conduct Paypal since 2012. This is my personal account, I do not conduct any commercial activities by. I sell my own collectibles watches, and from time to time also buy something for yourself. On my account I have ebay 424 of feedbacks positive and any of the negative of feedbacks. Always I used site ebay in a reliable manner and honest, I never had big problems with contractors (each not satisfied client has received their money) which is confirmed by my of comments. One day I received a message that my account has been suspended because of the high risks, I was very surprised and puzzled because I never broke the Rules of paypal, every customer was serviced to a high standard and each case was open ended in favor of the customer who had the intention to return the product, I have never deceived myself and I had no such intention. Honestly couple of times I was cheated on by a very large amount of buyers and I lost a lot of money, paypal employee did not give any specific cause account lockout,by paypal account I have also locked account ebay.
After talking with paypal I sent to Paypal all documents evidence purchases on which paypal asked, but my account is still limited, I am really disappointed and depressed by this decision, I use Paypal for 3 years and never made any problems and worked with you very perfectly, why suddenly my account It was blocked because of the high risks?
Please imagine yourself in my place and understand my situation as it really is very hard for me, my only income was the sale on ebay in my collection as well as watches that bought by driving around Poland. I worked hard to be able to help my family and I did it in a very honest, everyone has the right to do it?
I want to unlock my Paypal account as it is associated with my account ebay, ebay and the account is locked because of paypal account, I mentioned that you will change the sales model, and minimize to zero complaint from buyers.
