Account Limit

I've completed all of the verification steps and when I go to lift my account limits I recieve the following ...

I'm now totaly cluless ... Any ideas what I have to do next?

I have the exact same issue here. The limit has not been lifted and there are no further steps for me to continue. Please Help!!!!
