Hi @sheenalee,    We'd like to help. Is the transaction showing in your own PayPal account or did you check out as a guest? If you checked out as a guest and have used that merchant in the past that may explain the incorrect email address being used. Can you make sure your PayPal account is verified, that your email address is confirmed and that you have a verified card on the account? Hi @masbts,   Thanks for reaching out here on the community. It sounds like you have opened your PayPal account using the wrong country. There is no way to change a country once the account has been created so you will need to close this account and open a new one using the correct address details. If you are unable to resolve your dispute directly with the seller, then it is important that you escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim within 20 days. By escalating this dispute to a claim, you are asking PayPal to investigate the dispute and determine its outcome. We may place a temporary hold on some payments if you're new to selling with PayPal, if a dispute has been filed against you, or if we have questions regarding your transaction history.    As you are not shipping the items, you should just mark the transaction as 'processed' to try speed up the release. Hi @Oceanblue18,   This sounds frustrating. If you received an email to say your funds are now available for withdrawal then you should have access to them. Make sure the bank you are trying to use to withdraw is a current bank account and not a virtual online one. Also you need to do this through the 'withdrawal' button and not by attempting to 'Send' the funds anywhere. We would suggest you take a close look at our Seller Protection policy as there are a couple of things you need to look out for to ensure you are covered, https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security. Make sure the payment is marked as 'Eligible' for Seller Protection. Hi @kinorim1,   Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. In most cases, for verification reasons, you cannot update your date of birth if it has been entered wrong. Once there are no outstanding issues with the account you may be able to close it and open a new account with your correct details. In some cases, you can request that the DOB is updated.
