Hi @sheenalee,    We'd like to help. Is the transaction showing in your own PayPal account or did you check out as a guest? If you checked out as a guest and have used that merchant in the past that may explain the incorrect email address being used. Alternatively, the address may have auto populated on the merchants side when checking out if you use a shared device.    You should find all of the information you need on how to edit or update any email addresses used on your account Here.    Hope this helps, Siobhan ... Hi @zakharfsk ,   Welcome to the community.    I can see from your profile you are located in Ukraine. You should be able to receive funds in this case. Can you make sure your PayPal account is verified, that your email address is confirmed and that you have a verified card on the account? Hi @masbts,   Thanks for reaching out here on the community. It sounds like you have opened your PayPal account using the wrong country. There is no way to change a country once the account has been created so you will need to close this account and open a new one using the correct address details. Hi @Lucy2521,   Sorry to hear this has happened. If you have yet to receive the item you purchased or the item you purchased is significantly different from what was described, you can file a dispute through PayPal by following the steps listed here: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/FAQ1344. If you are unable to resolve your dispute directly with the seller, then it is important that you escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim within 20 days. By escalating this dispute to a claim, you are asking PayPal to investigate the dispute and determine its outcome. Hi @NoGuideNoHeslt,   Sorry to hear this. If your account has been limited and you are not seeing the option to 'Appeal' then it sounds like this decision is a permanent one I am afraid. When a decision like this is made, a thorough review is generally completed and it is determined there is a risk in continuing to allow you to use our services.
