Hi, my friend wants to send me money, but when I gave him my email, he couldn't send the money. After searching, I found out that I have a PayPal Send Only account. How do I get full access? thank you

I can see from your profile you are located in Ukraine. You should be able to receive funds in this case. Can you make sure your PayPal account is verified, that your email address is confirmed and that you have a verified card on the account?
