Email notices for purchases made

Is it just me or has Paypal stopped sending emails showing that your Paypal card has been used?  I so loved this feature as I could track my husband's spending without having to badger him every day for receipts.  Help please.

It's still broken. They have told me on a couple of occasions "it will be fixed the first week of July," but as of today, that has passed.

Still scratching my head over this. Really? Is it that hard to fix an email problem that's been working fine for years? More importantly, shouldn't this be considered a somewhat-critical, yet easy-to-troubleshoot problem?

I hope they'll come up with some decent explanation of what happened, too. It will be nice to get on with our business of being properly notified of debit card transactions.

Chances are they were compromised.

That being the simple answer, why have we not been notified?

I, myself, would like to know what data was taken so i can take proactive measures.

I finally started receiving but it has been a month.  I have no idea what sales I lost.  I receive the email and send out myself.  Who is paypal competition?  Can't afford for this to happen again.  Called and emailed numerous times.

Pay Pal, if this is a known issue, some sort of notificaiton system should be the norm. As customers and consumers using your product, we should be informed when any issues arise that affect our daily operations.

I'm not even sure Paypal has anyone monitoring these forums, though I agree there should be some kind of notification. I have to wonder does it even matter to Paypal the inconvenience this is causing its users.

we all agree it's a huge problem for us.  I've googled to see if anything has been reported online or in the news.  Not a word. There's nothing on their Facebook page about it.  I've called and emailed and was told both times it would be fixed next week.  it's been a month.  This is beyond insane.   Maybe it's time to start reporting them to the BBB or something so we can get answers.  We all depend on those emails.  I new my card had been stolen when the emails showed something I knew we didn't do.  The email tipped me off in time to stop any further theft.

I also have contacted them and been told the same thing about two weeks ago.  I just contacted them again via email because I really do not want to sit on the phone again.  I really wish they would get this fixed already!  I just know something is going to go through and I am not going to catch it....this is very frustrating!
