here's the load of crap they just sent in reply to my email complaint.  I specified in my email that to prove a human reads it, to include my name and my complaint in the reply.  as  you can see, they didn't.   PayPal always sends emails out to the primary email address on the  account.  If you are not receiving the notifications contact your email  provider to see if PayPal is being blocked. It was good while it lasted.  I knew something was wrong last night when I didn't get the notices that a payment had cleared.   I'm no IT person, but these people should be among the best.  If it worked once, why not now?  Paypal should send out a mass email to their debit card customers.  Oh wait.  They don't know how to send email.  Even a notice on the login page would be nice.  ... we all agree it's a huge problem for us.  I've googled to see if anything has been reported online or in the news.  Not a word. There's nothing on their Facebook page about it.  I've called and emailed and was told both times it would be fixed next week.  it's been a month.  This is beyond insane.   Maybe it's time to start reporting them to the BBB or something so we can get answers.  We all depend on those emails.  I new my card had been stolen when the emails showed something I knew we didn't do.  The email tipped me off in time to stop any further theft.   ... This is very annoying.  I have to login to Paypal every night to see what spending took place between myself and my husband.  then go to the bank website to see what cleared.  It sure would be nice if someone from Paypal would send out an announcement or put a note on the website.  This has been going on for 2 weeks.  Get with it!  ...
