Is it just me or has Paypal stopped sending emails showing that your Paypal card has been used? I so loved this feature as I could track my husband's spending without having to badger him every day for receipts. Help please.

I was wondering if it had happened to everyone again! This is ridiculous! An email explaining the issue would sure go a long way on keeping feather from getting ruffled!

It was good while it lasted. I knew something was wrong last night when I didn't get the notices that a payment had cleared. I'm no IT person, but these people should be among the best. If it worked once, why not now? Paypal should send out a mass email to their debit card customers. Oh wait. They don't know how to send email. Even a notice on the login page would be nice.

here's the load of crap they just sent in reply to my email complaint. I specified in my email that to prove a human reads it, to include my name and my complaint in the reply. as you can see, they didn't.
PayPal always sends emails out to the primary email address on the
account. If you are not receiving the notifications contact your email
provider to see if PayPal is being blocked.

That's someone who is not in the loop on the previous issues we've had. I also sent an email and directed them to this forum because I don't believe they actually monitor them. I let them know how frustrating this is and that the emails that I receive after my transactions are the main reason I choose Paypal over my bank debit card. They need to get it fixed.
