Is it just me or has Paypal stopped sending emails showing that your Paypal card has been used?  I so loved this feature as I could track my husband's spending without having to badger him every day for receipts.  Help please.

In the past whenevre i used my PAYPAL credit card to make purchase i would get an email statemen. This has stopped. Has PAYPAL  stopped sending these??   Am i the only one that this has happened to??

I also noticed this, last dew days I haven't gotten any emails from the purchases I've made with my card! I thought it was only me, I was going to call them but they're already closed. What's up with no notifications?

I am having the same exact issue. Very annoying - throws off my workflow cause I use it to track my spending (predominantly use PayPal card).

 

I hope they get it fixed!

I've been using that feature to manage my excel budget for years! I just came to find out what is up with the emails suddenly stopping, too - without notice. I checked my profile and it is still marked to receive notifications of debit card transactions. They stopped on the 22nd. Is that the same day they stopped for you all? This is messing me up in my future email searches for transactions. It is easier to "search" for information about a transaction in outlook than in the paypal account itself for some things. I hope it fixes fast, I hate logging in to keep track. I, too, use my card for everything that will take it!

I noticed this, too, although in my case, it hasn't stopped completely.  It's just very sporadic.  Since the 21st, I have gotten a grand total of 4 emails from PayPal, despite the fact that there were probably 20 or so transactions that took place (either new purchases, or emails letting me know that my backup funding source has been drafted to cover the transactions).

 

So, they haven't stopped completely, but they have been very few and far between.  Like all of you, this really messes with my workflow and management of my accounts. I rely heavily on those emails!

Smiley SadI just read everyone's message that PayPal has a 'problem' with sending out the emails now - I also called support about this last week and they say it's a 'known issue' but I have yet to read about any 'solutions' or how much longer this is going to go on... anyone have any word from PayPal on when they plan on having this 'fixed?' - I too need these emails as part of feeling secure about my debit card

My emails stopped arriving evening of June 20, 2011. I called and they say "we are actively working on this issue, it's not just you." So apparently some kind of problem arose, and they're seemingly aware of it. Let's hope! I really depend on those emails...they usually arrive within seconds after the POS transaction is done. I need them back!

Just received this email today from PayPal.  Hope this helps.  Everyone might want to notify PayPal that your account is affected as well so that you will be on the "list".

I also have this problem. No emails are coming in when I make purchase or when the charge pulls money from my backup. I did call PayPay customer service a few days ago and they told me they are having system issues. Hopefully they clear this up FAST because I love this feature.  PayPal come on lets move on this!!!!
