I am trying to pay my Bill Me Later account bill. And the BML website redirected my to PayPal which (upon successful login) shows a $0 balance (which I know is incorrect). How do I pay my BML bill through Paypal? Very frustrating!
You really should continue to contact them I can tell you from personal experience that after 52 emails , 10 + hours on the phone, and this was only 2 calls, didn't even count the the other 2. 13 unauthorized echeck requests to my bank of which they collected money for 2 on 12/30/14 (for 2 items I already sent a cleared payment for ) They resoved half my issue.
*please know the above is with all the sarcasm I am able to convey in print.
Mainly the orginal 5 echecks they sent a request for on 12/19. With a refund of 50.00 (the amount of the gift card they didn't redeem starting the problem) The second 50.00 gift card I purchased on the 23 attempted to redeem on the 24th pay pal decided to send another echeck to my bank .
The other 3 sellers were paid this time.
Currently at my bank pay pal has successfuly taken money for 2 of these echecks from my account 12/30 Again these 2 sellers were paid a clear payment on the 24th. They couldn't? figure this out in 6 days time after I told them multiple times I already paid for these items.
Again they claimed they were unable to stop processing these echecks. My bank said YES they can. they only have to stop clicking enter after the echecks were returned. (I was already aware I was being lied to )
My bank did put a stop on the final echeck that was returned again on the 30th, Once they looked and realized I wasn't kidding that pay pal was attempting now to double charge me for the same Item with 2 Echecks they considered it theft/fraud .
In my case the bank is taking precautions now to sheild me from their fraud which leaves me better able to file claims . In short with your situation remember it is the customers service job to help resolve problems, they are paid to do so. As a customer when this is beyond normal dispute resolution , (ex 10+ hours on phone) you need to insist on restitution for your time as well.
Good Morning and happy new year. I too am having the same problem by not locating the "paypal credit" payment section. I gave up. I just made a payment by calling 1-866-528-3733. No problem making payment.
You took a chance on not seeing your bill. Who knows what charges might be on them. If I can't see my account information they dont get paid. Too much fraud on accounts any more to trust these companies. What are they hiding that you cant see your account.
I have had never had an issue paying my pp credit acct.. Sure it was a little confusing at first with the BML transition, but after calling into paypal and not paypal credit.. It was very simple.. Log into your paypal acct and click on your wallet.. It will show you your paypal credit.. You can review your statement and or make a payment. You also have to add your bank acct to make a payment. You cannot make a payment for a line of credit with a cc card.. Learned that that a long time ago when working for a bank associated with a major cc company, or any kind of cc company.. It always has to be an ach process. I have had my paypal acct for many years and have always been treated with respect and kindness when calling regarding any issue, whether it's a password issue or payment issue. I can tell you working for a bank that paypal is not a bank, it is not fdic approved and electronic transfers cannot be stopped except by the bank and cannot happen instantly..
I just also want to add that every acount that is set up on line no matter what it is has a user agreement that should be read. Paypal is user friendly and does what you tell it to to do. There is a heirarchy for everything including paypal.
It only took me to some page as if I had an account for where I was selling something and people were paying me. I never had an pay pal account so how did i somehow get one. No place to pay. I do not have time to be placed on hold for ever to talk to someone who is reading a script to answer you. Can not even see my statements to see what has been charge to the account. Sorry if my bill me later account disapeared to the cloud so did their payment. When I see a paper statement they will get paid with late charges and interest deducted. I am not alone in this problem. They did a very poor job of merging these companies. I bet they hired the same company they had for the Obama care web site.

I have been trying ever since billmelater changed to ppcredit to find a way to pay my bill online. It was so easy before. I have gotten no help from customer service. There is NOT a place to get to or pay paypal credit on my paypal account. This is so frustrating I am about to close my account even though using it is so convenient. Google "pay pal bill me later". Youll get a link to "bill me later". On that site you are directed back to paypal and told you can make payments there, but with no links to make a payment when you arrive at paypal! Yes, they are obviously trying to make it difficult to pay.
When I go to help and search for make a payment, I dont want to be directed to a forum with random people suggesting random answers! I want paypal to show me the answer. This is AMAZING!
