I have been trying ever since billmelater changed to ppcredit to find a way to pay my bill online. It was so easy before. I have gotten no help from customer service. There is NOT a place to get to or pay paypal credit on my paypal account. This is so frustrating I am about to close my account even though using it is so convenient. I have seen other's recommendations using paypal credit option..................that would be doable if that option existed on my paypal site. I have had my paypal acct for many years and have always been treated with respect and kindness when calling regarding any issue, whether it's a password issue or payment issue. I can tell you working for a bank that paypal is not a bank, it is not fdic approved and electronic transfers cannot be stopped except by the bank and cannot happen instantly.. I just also want to add that every acount that is set up on line no matter what it is has a user agreement that should be read. Paypal is user friendly and does what you tell it to to do. There is a heirarchy for everything including paypal.
