trying to pay my Bill Me Later bill???

I am trying to pay my Bill Me Later account bill.  And the BML website redirected my to PayPal which (upon successful login) shows a $0 balance (which I know is incorrect).  How do I pay my BML bill through Paypal?  Very frustrating!

I,ve put their payment into my savings account until I get a statement from them in the mail.  I sent a letter to the address in Maryland along with the emails I have recieved when trying to get help from them.  I recieved an email stating they will start sending statements but my take  few months to start. I will be deducting any late charges from the bill.  Who ever did this merger of bill me later and pay pal did a  very poor job.  I never had this trouble when other companies merged their companies and accounts.  I won't use pay pal ever again.  I started shopping on Amazon and use gift cards for security.

I just sent the following email to pay pal, I am FURIOUS!  PayPal makes ALOT of money of customers who can't pay their bills, in interest and fees.  I have gone through this for months and gettingready to contact the consumer fraud division of my state and I would go so far as to suggest that we contact an attorney to discuss a class action lawsuit.  I for one, want to be compensated for my time spent JUST TRYING TO PAY MY BILL!  My email to PayPal below- :

I can't get to where I can see my BillMeLater/PayPalCredit account.  It keeps bringing me to a PayPal MC application page.  When I want to make a pyt it only shows my linked cards to my PAYPAL account.  I have been dealing with your site for MONTHS now and YOU KEEP TELLING ME THE SITE US UNDER DEVELPPMENT & it is affecting my account!  I am PRETTY **bleep** ANGRY!  I CAN'T EVEN MAKE PURCHASES ANYMORE!  IT KEEPS MAKING THE PURCHASES FROM MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND NOT MY PAYPALCREDIT/BILLMELATER ACCOUNT.  I WANT TO SEE MY ACCOUNT PAGE FOR BILLMELATER/PAYPALCREDIT --NOW--AND I WANT TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A PAYMENT---NOW ---AND I WANT THE ISSUES RESOLVED WITH YOUR SITE DONE, NOW----I AM PROVIDING A COPY OF THIS TO MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH THE INTERNET BBB AND TO THE STATE ATTORNEY, CONSUMER FRAUD DIVISION.

When you get the email, there is a link "Log into PayPal Credit to View your statement or make a payment" Click the link and pay your bill. It's not that hard.

I have to pay my paypal credit bill via money order,  They do not accept debit cards and in the past, i linked my bank account and the bank account  debit card to paypal and they charged me on the bank account and the debit card both,  Never again.

Also I cannot see why they cannot fix the bill-me-later and update it.  Almost all the stuff goes to bill-me later, which

just sends you back to paypal,  What a sad state of affairs for such a company as paypal which I have done business with for over 10 years.

Unless you are a website tech you can not help these people.

I have a personal issue with Paypals website / billing/specifically unauthorized activity that has esculated to 7 times now.This is being done by pay  pal, who are attempting to blame the 4 sellers which is moot considering I already paid them a clear payment .

The only thing will help me now is for me to be able to close my account. which I am unable to do now either and be compensated for actual and direct damages.

You are correct -- PayPal is a complete scam!  They are absolute CROOKS!

Their website has been dysfunctional for years, and they make NO EFFORT to ease the process to SIMPLY PAY YOUR BILL!!!!

Why?

Because they stand to make millions from honest customers who become frustrated with their non-functional website, and so, results in possible late fees (which they LOVE!).

I've never been quite this displeased with the LACK OF INTEGRITY of a company.

Paypal is a CROOKED business.

They prove it every day by making the process of payone one's bill online -- IMPOSSIBLE.
