You are correct -- PayPal is a complete scam! They are absolute CROOKS! Their website has been dysfunctional for years, and they make NO EFFORT to ease the process to SIMPLY PAY YOUR BILL!!!! Why? Because they stand to make millions from honest customers who become frustrated with their non-functional website, and so, results in possible late fees (which they LOVE!). I've never been quite this displeased with the LACK OF INTEGRITY of a company. Paypal is a CROOKED business. They prove it every day by making the process of payone one's bill online -- IMPOSSIBLE.
