What the hell thing is that this UK needs TO CALL to solve tiny little things!!!! It takes more than a hour which is precious time and asset for me and any other person. kkkkkkkkkkkkkk In KOREA, it takes only 5 seconds to solve all. (DO NOT ASK such as South or North. NOT FUNNY)

I’m having the same issue now as well. Before, it would be listed with other payment methods but there was a message if it’s not available for an order. Now it’s entirely gone and I’ve always paid responsibly and on time. It was a very convenient way to pay and now it’s like what is the point of PayPal.

I'm in Germany. I sold two devices on eBay. The person didn’t like the product, he issued a refund, I tried to dispute it. PayPal, without looking at the problem, withdrew all the money from me; I have a negative balance. The buyer does not return my goods after receiving the money back, and ignores it everywhere. My account was blocked and I can’t write to support about fraud.Now my account is permanently blocked. I have a debt of 420 euros, and I have to pay it off by the 21st. It is impossible to contact PayPal support. That is, I am left with a negative balance in debt, without returned goods and with a blocked account. Is there any the opportunity to sue this office of thieves? I have already filed an online complaint with the police against the scammer. What should I do next?

Hey @Peacefullife, Welcome to our community forum and thank you for your post! I understand that you want to cancel the payment. You can usually cancel a payment that is in a pending status and has a "Cancel" link next to it. If the payment is completed this means the money has already reached the recipient, so it can't be cancelled. To get your money back, you'll need to contact the recipient and request a refund. For more details you can follow the link : How do I get a refund When buyers pay with PayPal on any website, PayPal Buyer Protection covers them in case there is a problem. Unfortunately, Friends and family payments are not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection.
