Please follow these steps: go to the 'Help and Contact' section at the bottom and click on ‘Contact’. However, if you don't receive an item, the correct reason code you need to select is 'Item not received'. If you didn't see this option when you filed the dispute, it is very likely that you sent the payment using the 'Friends and family' option. Hello, @Efadakadafra!   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community!    If for any reason you get your ticket refunded but your card is cancelled, the fund will go directly to the bank account related to the card. If the system is not able to transfer the money to your bank, it will stay in your PayPal balance. Hello, @Africa74!   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community!   Regarding your question, yes. PayPal does send an email confirmation when a payment status is 'Pending'. If you are getting a message telling you to go to the Resolution Center, it means there might be some outstanding steps you need to complete in order to resolve the limitation. Please log in to your account from a browser (not from the mobile app), go to your Resolution Center and complete all the required steps.
