Hello, @Rune4!   Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community!    I'm sorry to hear your money is on hold. Some payments are held for a maximum of 21 days to ensure that the buying and selling process is completed correctly. If you want to release the funds sooner, you can provide a tracking number, this way we can verify that the item was delivered to the correct address. If you don't take action, the funds will be released automatically after 21 days. Hello, @Leomaner123!   Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community!   I'm sorry to hear you haven't received the refund yet. Keep in mind that refunds always go back to the funding source that was used to make the original payment. If you have paid by card or bank account, please note that it can take up to 10 working days (sometimes a little longer) for the refund to be reflected on your statement, as it depends on the processing times of the bank/card issuer.    I hope this information helps.    Have a nice day!   María.  ... Hello, @bongsy!   Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community!   I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties while trying to transfer funds to your bank account. There isn't a minimum amount, you should be able to withdraw the money even if it is a small amount. Make sure your account is all set up by checking on your Resolution Center. If you don't have any outstanding limitations, you can try and withdraw funds from a different browser or clear cookies and cache from the history.    I hope this information helps.    Have a good day! Hello, Lindiwemk!    Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community!  Do you mean if you can withdraw money from your PayPal account to the card linked to your account? You can transfer money to any eligible Visa and Mastercard debit card. Eligible cards that support this transfer will be shown to you in the "Instant" section on your money transfer page. The money will be moved to the bank account associated with the card selected during the transfer. There is a fee to withdraw money using your eligible debit card. If it doesn't work, try to delete and re-add your bank account to the PayPal account.
