However, if your nationality is Philipino but in your PayPal account it is Canadian, you can give our Customer Care a call and they will update it for you if you provide proof of identity. Please make sure you don't have any outstanding limitations on your account by checking on your Resolution Center. Also check if you have confirmed your email address (you can't receive payments if your email address isn't confirmed). You can also advise the person who is trying to send you the money to check their Resolution Center. If you both don't have any limitations, I recommend you to tell the other person to give our Customer Care a call. Hello, @Eva741! Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community!    Refunds depend on how you made the initial payment. Refunds always go back to the funding source that was used to make the original payment. If you paid by card or bank account, please note that it can take up to 10 working days (sometimes a little longer) for the refund to be reflected on your statement, as it depends on the processing times of the bank/card issuer. If you have paid by your PayPal balance, then the money stays in your balance and you can withdraw it to your bank account if you need it.   I hope this information helps. Hello, @Teo201!   Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community!    I'm sorry to hear your money is on hold. Some payments are held for a maximum of 21 days to ensure that the buying and selling process is completed correctly. If you want to release the funds sooner, as you mentioned that you have provided a tracking number already, you can send the delivery note. This way we can verify that the item was delivered to the correct address. If you don't take action, the funds will be released automatically after 21 days. Once you create a good sales history with us, you will receive payments directly to your PayPal account and you will be able to have them instantly.   I hope this information helps.   Regards.    María ...
