If the transaction doesn't appear in your PayPal Activity, you might want to reach out to the merchant to check if the order went through. Hi @chicken_run34,   Thank you for posting your question in the Community. It certainly would be frustrating to have trouble intercepting a package because of an incorrect shipping address. After a package has been picked up by UPS, I'm afraid PayPal and ShipStation no longer have the ability to modify the shipment details. If you're referring to an account limitation, you can visit the Resolution Center and select Go to Account Limitations for more information.
