@LC1984,    Please ask the sender if the payment was completed out of their bank? and also if they can see in their PayPal account activity a payment to your PayPal account. The payment can show different statuses, like Pending or Completed.    -Tommy ... View more

@yurolex,  It sounds like your card issuer is converting your money not PayPal. If your card is set already in USD, then is not PayPal doing the conversion. Please note that card issuers can convert currencies after the money is sent from PayPal, this is out of our control. I would check with them.  -Tommy ... View more

@bkspc, PayPal can open a trace for the missing refund. They will need to escalate this internally if the refund is missing for more than 30 days. The only thing PayPal will do is get a tracing code so you can give it to your bank, then your bank will be able to check their system with this code.  -Tommy  ... View more

@yurolex,   It depends which currency the card is registered in. If your card is in USD and you're withdrawing in Euros, you will be subject to a conversion. You cannot change the currency of the card for every withdrawal you make to suit your preference. PayPal can update the currency of the card to one currency of your choice, but this will not be changed every time.    -Tommy ... View more
