I cant send money over to another paypal account. I connected UAH card to my account but when I try to send money I'm not able to choose this card. Before this I was able to send $205 over to that account. Please suggest what is the issue?
It sounds like there could be an outstanding issue in your PayPal account preventing you from making the payment or our internal security system could be blocking your transaction. There could be an issue on the recipient account also, you will need to check with PayPal, contact them directly.
