Hi stacyuk,   Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!   Yes, of course you can transfer funds between your PayPal accounts, however please make sure you fund the transactions with your PayPal balance and not a card or bank account as this is not allowed.   You can accept the funds in a foreign currency and keep them in that currency balance which will allow you to convert them any time you wish.   The fees and currency conversion details can be located under paragraph 8 of the User Agreement: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#8 or you can run a currency conversion simulation in your PayPal Currency Converter by clicking on Balance -> Mange my currencies.   Hope it helps. Have you tried changing the web browser or the device yet?   You will need to add a new phone number, set it up as a primary and only then you will be able to remove the old number.   Regrettably we can’t see your account details here. We understand that having a payment on hold may be inconvenient.   We would like to explain that Safe Payments Initiative has been implemented to help new sellers build positive transaction history.   This process is temporary and helps with making more sales due to enhanced buyer's trust. Hi mumma2,   Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!   I’m sorry to hear about the challenges.   When you initiate the bank verification process you can but don’t have to set up the Direct Debit. However it will help making your outgoing transaction much more convenient. You can cancel the Direct Debit whenever you wish. Hi KimoHelmi,   Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!   I’m sorry to hear about the challenges.   It seems like you have not initiated the verification process. This is most likely to not sufficient funds on your card balance or your bank denying the verification transaction. Once your bank will allow the transaction, you will be able to proceed with your card verification process.   Please don’t worry about the temporary $1 holds you see on your pending transactions statement. These are only the temporary card authorisation holds which will be released automatically by your bank, usually after 24 hours. Hi wyattharris,   Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!   I’m sorry to hear about the challenges.   Have you tried reaching out to the merchant to confirm that the item has been already returned? Usually that helps resolve the issue without a need to create a dispute.   However if that won’t help, please do create a dispute for item not as described and explain the reason for return of the item agreed upon with the merchant. Make sure to provide the tracking number and the link to online tracking services showing item’s delivery to the correct merchant’s address.   If the merchant won’t issue the refund, please make sure to escalate the dispute to a claim.   Hope it helps.   If you have sent a PM or DM to PayPal via Social Media, you will receive an answer soon.
