Yes, of course you can transfer funds between your PayPal accounts, however please make sure you fund the transactions with your PayPal balance and not a card or bank account as this is not allowed. You can accept the funds in a foreign currency and keep them in that currency balance which will allow you to convert them any time you wish. The fees and currency conversion details can be located under paragraph 8 of the User Agreement: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#8 or you can run a currency conversion simulation in your PayPal Currency Converter by clicking on Balance -> Mange my currencies. The best solution here would be for you to mark the item as shipped if you have already sent the item. This will allow the buyer to confirm delivery which will speed up payment release. Please note that the currency conversion rate is displayed before you accept the transaction. Did you know that if you pay with a card, you can choose for the currency conversion to be performed directly by your bank? You will need to check the current bank rate directly with your bank as this information won’t be available during the payment. Hope it helps. Anna

If it’s verified, can you please try clearing cash & cookies from the web browser and restarting the device? This should help. When you initiate the bank verification process you can but don’t have to set up the Direct Debit. However it will help making your outgoing transaction much more convenient. You can cancel the Direct Debit whenever you wish. Even then you will be able to fund you payments using your debit or credit card. Once you initiate the verification process, the 1p with the verification code will be sent to your bank account. This process applies to both Individual and Business accounts. This is most likely to not sufficient funds on your card balance or your bank denying the verification transaction. Once your bank will allow the transaction, you will be able to proceed with your card verification process. Please don’t worry about the temporary $1 holds you see on your pending transactions statement. These are only the temporary card authorisation holds which will be released automatically by your bank, usually after 24 hours. These authorisations are performed when you add the card to your PayPal account. Have you tried reaching out to the merchant to confirm that the item has been already returned? Usually that helps resolve the issue without a need to create a dispute. However if that won’t help, please do create a dispute for item not as described and explain the reason for return of the item agreed upon with the merchant. Make sure to provide the tracking number and the link to online tracking services showing item’s delivery to the correct merchant’s address.
