Hi Kilos,   Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!   I’m sorry to hear about the challenges.   If you have an ABSA account and you wish to send money (buy with your PayPal account) you can link your debit or credit card which will allow you to fund the payments.   However if you have received money into your PayPal account which you wish to withdraw to your bank account you will be able to do it only with an FNB bank account. Hi uksergio,   Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!   I’m sorry to hear about the challenges.   The reason why you can add any cards or re-activate the Direct Debit is the most likely the address change. Please note that PayPal is country specific and you can add only UK addresses to your UK PayPal account. Additionally the address must match the address registered on your local bank account.   If you wish to solve the issue please make sure to add the correct, local address matching the address you have registered on your bank account.   If you live temporarily in Spain, and you wish to use your local Spanish card, you should be able to create a Spanish PayPal account for that purpose.   However, if you have moved to Spain permanently and you no longer have UK bank account, it would be recommended for you to close the UK PayPal account and register Spanish PayPal account.   If you need any further assistance, please consider calling PayPal Customer Services by clicking onto Contact us on any PayPal page as they will be able to help.   We also provide support via Social Media. Is the email address your buyers send the money onto linked and confirmed on your PayPal account? Did you make any changes to the email address recently? Hi yeahitzlou,   Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community Forum!   I’m very sorry to hear about the situation.     If you are underage or were underage at the moment of the account creation, I would recommend you uploading your proof of identity as soon as possible in order to receive access to your funds.   If there are no additional unresolved issues on the account you should be allowed to create a new PayPal account once you are of age.   Hope it helps.   Once you resolve the situation with this account, please refrain from creating new PayPal accounts until you reach legal age as otherwise you may be permanently blocked from using the service in the future.   Thank you.
