We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal / this card cannot be used for this transaction - 2 errors when trying to order anything since july. Last attemp to solve this and moving to another processor. Its not my card or bank or device or cookies or ip fault as some bright expert might ask.

With your rude username and comments I doubt any volunteer is going to point out the reason you are getting that message. Wait for a moderator that will surely arrive soon.
