I have cancelled a subscription to Incredimail and it says in my Paypal Accout that it has been cancelled. However the first payment of £19.95 has been taken from my bank account..how do I get this back..

i have an account with imvu but have now closed it & they wrote to me saying i have i should get in touch with paypal to stop sending the money to imvu. They have sent me a Profile ID number which i have sent in an e mail on the paypal contact. wot happens now as i would really like it stopped asap
Hi, I am moving you here as it gives details of how to cancel subscriptions/recurring payments. If the payment has already been taken by the company under the pre-agreement then you will have to work with them directly to refund. Hope that helps.
You are right in saying that you won't be charged anything by the company that the subscription was in place with in future. You should however contact the company to let them know that you have cancelled the subscription service from your PayPal account also so that they are aware.
