My refund was accepted by PayPal but then stolen away again

I reported a case about money refund. Paypal accepted my request and I should have gotten my money back. But in my bank account balance you can clearly see that the refund was send but then taken away by the reported person. How do I get my money back again?

If you funded the payment to the seller using bank transfer. What PayPal do here is credit the recipient on your behalf (so there is no delay in despatching your item). Then if you receive a refund in the meantime they are unable to issue this until the original bank transfer completes.
