Hi
I've used patreon for close to two years with no problems but i woke up (uk) to a email about failed payment and refunded! i logged into my patreon account to make the payment yet both failed, but in my email and paypal account it says accepted twice when its meant to be 1 payment, I've tried the help bot and that is useless as its crashed. Would anyone know how to get my payment back as its charged me twice and asking for help does not show double charged option.
