I am not able to get a refund for the service which has not been provided to me

TradingView double charged me for the same paid annual subscription, then cancelled my subscription on the following day after my original purchase without providing any explanation. After that I am no longer entitled for any support since I am not a paid user.  Paypal is refusing to issue me a refund.  So, I paid twice for the same service, and have no access to the service. Is that acceptable?

Paypal staff are now tryingto help me to get my refund back. Be careful with TradingView, their customer service novadays is shoking; btw, I've been their customer for 9 years...

Paypal Support Team have resolved the issue and the rufund has been received for both transactions. Well done Paypal! This is why we love you!

Hello my friend, how are you?

 

I'm having the same problem, would tell me, how did you keep in touch with PayPal support? PayPal said the seller did everything right but it shows that Trendview accepted to issue a refund but nothing so far.

Hello,

 

As far as I remember, I resolved my issue only after submitting an appeal to Paypal. My original dispute was not resolved in my favour. If TradingView agrees to issue a refund, I'd suggest contacting them first via the Web Support tool to find out about the refund. Good luck!
