Friend sent me $65. A week later we get into a personal argument. She is now telling paypal that I owe her this money back because she never received an item I "sold" her. This is a blatant lie.. PayPal asked I send tracking info? How do I send tracking info for a transaction that never took place. She is angry and retaliating this way. What do I do? My account is negative now. Can't PayPal see that we never talked about or had any Convo about apparent diet pills I sold but never sent her? It's all a lie! I'm so upset. Thank you

If she was a friend then she should have used the friends/family option to send the money if she was not purchasing an item from you.
If she sent funds using goods/services and you accepted it then in the event of a dispute for non receipt of item or service the onus is on you to prove delivery by tracking or by the 'buyer' confirming service was done.
You should have refunded the goods/services payment if it was the incorrect option and you were not selling anything and requested she used the correct option.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
