Fraud refund request.

I have a claim against me for a refund. I don't not sell anything and never have. I have also not received any funds from this person in question either. Please help?

They have to click on a transaction on their paypal account to open a dispute/claim.

So if you haven't traded with them at all how could they do that??

You can't just open a dispute against anyone.
