I waited 1 hour to talk to a non-robot and then they had to transfer me to another department waited 1 hour for probably the only other non-robot in the company. And she was terrible, she was like "oh our team didn't recognise your document". WHY is she calling the free to download AI scanners her "team"?? 

And the amount of proof I have to send this criminal company is ridiculous. You know what I don't what YOU guys knowing my home address!!! because I'm SCARED you'll send a swat team when you're impeccable system discovered I was a bit late refunding a client.

If you have a permanent limitation then normally you can't appeal it.

If you don't have your real personal information like your correct home address on your legal, financial Paypal account then yes you will get a ban !!
