Hello! Im about to buy some motorcycle parts from a guy in uk. In case he scams me what can i do? Do i have buyer protection? It is not a payment to any website it is directly to him

That depends on many factors all listed in Paypals buyer protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
Advice is voluntary.

Just personally speaking I wouldn't send any money to some stranger direct without any further exchange... Perhaps if the sale were conducted through a venue such as Facebook or Ebay then you'd have some protection but just sending your money outright?
I wouldn't do it.
Even a website, if it's not a place you've heard of before, beware.
