Hello! Can someone outline how refunds are made when a customer files a dispute? The funds were removed from my account immediately, in which case I owed PayPal money. I.e - 50.00. When I go to resolve the dispute with the customer it suggests a refund has not been made, and when I agree to refund the buyer it is now saying pending refund. So did PayPal auto hold the money and are they refunding the payment they already took? I am so confused by this process and am concerned money is now being taken out of my bank account as it is "pending"?
