I recieved 1.3 dollars today and I bought a 1 dollar gift card it took the money from the paypal and from the credit card it said we will first use balance aI had enough balance to cover the gift card but It took money from my credit card and the money went from my paypal

There may have been fees associated with the transaction, either from the gift card or the paypal end or both.
