so my account went into minus however i got in contact with buyer, sorted the issue with him he has said that Amex his card issuer sent money back and he has also spoken to pay pal who said it will come back into my account. I have been waiting 3 days now and nothing has changed. I also paid some of the payment off as paypal were threatening me about debt collectors and that. Just want to know how long does it usually take the money to come back into my account if the buyer has closed the paypal case. I have also added evidence to the case but nothing has been done since 7th. Please assist.
