I can't add funds to my wallet

There is no button for add funds in my account. I just have a button says Transfer funds. What seems the problem?

Not every country can add funds to a balance to use to fund payments.

So if you click on transfer and can only see a withdrawal option then you are in one of those countries.

However you never need funds in your Paypal account balance as a buyer. When you purchase an item then Paypal credit the seller for you, this is so there is no delay in the despatch of your item. Paypal will then take the wait for the funds to automatically transfer to reimburse them from your linked funding source.
