Transfer funds from a preloaded card to bank

I have a preloaded debit card with funds that I would like to transfer over to my checking account at my bank.

 

I'm wondering if Paypal would allow me to pull funds out of the preloaded card and then transfer back to my bank. 

 

Any thoughts?
