I get no transfer

Hallo,

I transferred 25 Euros to my Paypal account 5 days ago and the transfer has not been done yet. 

Access to my account is limited. Could this be the reason or not?

I will refund my amount (25) euros

Hi @muhammedkhalil,

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

When an account is limited, it can prevent you from receiving and withdrawing funds. If a transfer was attempted when your account was limited, it may have been rejected. I would suggest you contact your bank to locate the funds. 

In the meantime, to resolve your account limitation please follow the steps here.

I contacted the bank and they told me I have to contact Paypal. I sent my address and the things they asked me about a month ago. So far I have not received any response
