I can't withdraw my money for several weeks. I try to send it to my visa debit card. I'm from Kazakhstan and the card is issued by Kazakhstani bank. Each time PayPal writes a message: Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank. Please help to return my money.

Doesn't it have to be a credit visa in your country for withdrawing of funds?

No I can withdraw money from my debit card as well
