I do understand your concern with this. When you attempt to add funds to your PayPal account, all the available banks will show.
If your other bank does not show as an option, it would mean it is not eligible to be used to add funds to your PayPal account.
This could be due to a number of reasons, for example, the type of bank, or if the bank is unconfirmed. To confirm your bank, simply follow the steps here. Once you have done this, please try adding your funds again.
