Linking the bank account will be more convince but it only allow you to transfer HKD from the hong kong bank account, not USD.
There is some information about the transaction in the website, but I cant find the paypal company account in the Citibank online banking. Is the information still updated and correct?
Do I need to include my account detail while doing transaction? How the bank know which paypal account is mine?
