If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.

Unable access my account as the phone number linked to it is no longer available. So cannot receive passcode to finalise access.  How can I change to my new number without having to access via old number please.

Hello, I have old paypal account with phone number which I already dont own, I mean that simcard is somewhere burned, And when I want login into this account it wants confirm from this number and cant log to this paypal account cause of that, what should I do?

If you lost  your cell phone, then change all your passwords on every account you have. If you use Google, all your passwords should be there *if* you synchronized all your devices (even a new phone or computer can be added). I did that with my new PC. Worked great.
