Help, my phone stopped receiving code

I can not log in to my account because my phone stopped receiving codes from Paypal. Tried resetting the password using email and changing the phone message app but I still can not get a code. I am located in Serbia. Can you help?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

You may not have gotten a mobile text from us because there's a filter on your phone for text messages. We recommend that you contact your mobile service provider and ask to allow all text messages on your phone, specifically from short numbers.
