If you're adding a card for the first time and receiving an error that the zip/postal code is incorrect, it means that what is on file with the bank and what you're entering do not match. You can transfer as much as your account holds but not more. Why I can't transfer my balance fund from my PayPal account to my bank account? there may be other reasons but the first one that comes to mind is that you don't have a verified bank account tied to your account.   Regards, Will     ... There may be a limitation on your PayPal account that prevents the transfer. Remove the limitation to restore your full account functionality. In other words, Paypal functions as a wallet that can hold money, which you may use to make and receive payments and purchases online.
